Focus Countries – Helping Those Most in Need

We have chosen to concentrate our resources on six countries that meet certain criteria: high rates of leprosy and/or Buruli ulcer, severe poverty, and people who are not getting the care they need through current government programs. Countries and projects are regularly reviewed to ensure that our resources and expertise are being used most effectively to help the maximum number of people in need.
