“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” - 1 Peter 4:10 ESV
Volunteers are a vital part of achieving our mission to serve as a channel of Christ’s love to people affected by leprosy and related conditions. We have many ways that you can get involved at our Greenville, South Carolina headquarters.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- mail processing
- data entry
- thank you note writing
- thank you phone calls
- library cataloging
- general office maintenance
We are also eager to learn more about your skills and talents to discover other ways you can contribute.
Volunteers are welcome to serve a few times a week, a few times a month or even just for special projects. We will work with your schedule and skill set to find the best fit for both you and American Leprosy Missions. School course credit and resume building are also available.
To begin the volunteer process, please complete a volunteer profile and submit it to our office by mail, fax or email. Once received, we’ll contact you to set up a time to meet so we can share more about American Leprosy Missions and get to know you better.
If you have any questions, please contact Bekah Schwanbeck at [email protected] or 864.241.1708.
We look forward to hearing from you!
